Transport operators retain final responsibility for service operation and animal acceptance. The service does not make bookings and is not a party to bookings made by customers.

This static website does not set advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site. If privacy-friendly traffic analytics are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate visits and referrals.
Information submitted through the trip intake is used to assess and deliver the requested planning service and communicate about that request. Do not submit payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through the form.
